30 grams Mentaiko
2-3 sheets Crispy Flour Tortilla Tacos
100 grams Real Mayonnaise
15 grams Garlic
20 grams Bird’s Eye Chilis
15 grams Coriander Roots
50 grams Palm Sugar
30 milliliters Fish Sauce
60 milliliters Lime Juice
20 grams Pickled Cucumbers, finely chopped
20 grams Shallots, finely chopped
50 grams Lettuce
2-3 Cherry Tomatoes
Directions
- Make the spicy mentaiko mayo sauce by mixing garlic, bird’s eye chilis, coriander roots, palm sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice together. Combine the sauce with mentaiko, mayonnaise, pickled cucumbers, and shallots, then set aside.
- To serve, place lettuce and cherry tomatoes on the crispy flour tortilla tacos, pour the spicy mentaiko mayo sauce over the tacos, and top with a bit more mentaiko.
