Waffle Ingredients:
130 grams All Purpose Flour
30 grams Cornstarch
1 egg
2 grams Salt
40 grams Sugar Icing
40 grams Unsalted Butter, melted
60 grams Milk
120 grams Water
2 grams Baking Powder
4 grams Vanilla Extract
Karaage Salmon Ingredients:
100 grams Alaska Coho Salmon
15 grams Soy Sauce
20 grams Chopped Garlic
10 grams Chopped Ginger
2 grams Salt
2 grams Pepper
10 grams Sesame Oil
40 grams Tapioca Flour
20 grams Cornstarch
1 Egg whites

Directions
To make the waffles:
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar icing, and baking powder into a mixing bowl, and mix well.
- Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and beat the egg whites using a hand mixer.
- In another bowl, add milk, water and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Combine the flour/cornstarch mixture, the beaten egg whites, and the milk, water and vanilla extract mixture together into one bowl, and mix well using a balloon whisk.
- Add melted butter into the batter.
- Heat up the waffle maker, pour the batter in, and cook on low heat until browned.
Karaage Salmon Directions

- Marinated the wild coho salmon with soy sauce, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt, pepper and sesame oil for at least 1 hour
- Add egg whites, tapioca flour and cornstarch in a bowl, and stir well.
- Dip the marinated salmon in the batter.
- Cover the airfryer with aluminum foil, and cook the karaage salmon at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the karaage salmon with the waffles, and enjoy!
