Ingredients:
50g Alaska Cod
30g Olive Oil
4 slices Bacon
2 Potatoes
1 Shredded Onion
Pepper/ Salt
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil, add shredded onion, stir-fry until golden. Add pepper and salt, set aside;
2. Put potatoes in salted water, boil for 30 minutes, take out and mash;
3. Dice Alaska Cod and fry in olive oil, add pepper, and combine with potato mash;
4. Preheat oven to 150°C. Wrap bacon around potato mash, top with fried onion and roast for 15 minutes.
