Directions:
1. Pour in 10g unsalted cream in a thick-bottomed pan. After heating, add onion and chopped shallots until its softened to your liking, add 50ml water and 50 ml whipping cream to season, cook for 5 minutes;
2. In a separate pan, fry black cod with olive oil. Thinly slice asparagus into flat strips, roll into spiral, and fry;
3. Drizzle with sauce and plate.
