Ingredients
120 grams Black Cod
20 grams Carrot
30 grams Sweet Corn
20 grams Asparagus
50 grams Soybean Paste (Miso)
170 milliliters Cooking Cream
20 grams Butter
5 grams Sugar
3 grams Salt
3 grams Pepper
Directions
Step 1:
To prepare the stir-fried vegetables with butter, start by setting the pan over medium heat. Add butter and the vegetables. Stir-fry until cooked. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Step 2:
Prepare the miso cream sauce by heating a pan over medium heat. Add soybean paste (miso) and stir-fry until fragrant. Add cooking cream and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir until all ingredients are well dissolved, then set aside.
Step 3:
To prepare the Black Cod, sprinkle some salt and pepper on both sides of the fish. Set the pan on medium heat. Add a little oil, and grill the Black Cod on the pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked on both sides. Serve with the buttered vegetables and miso cream sauce.
