Directions:
- Heat a pan, add olive oil and stir fry the onion until wilted.
- Add salmon, sauté and stir carefully.
- Then add the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Reduce the heat then pour into the Worcester sauce, oyster sauce, red and green tomatoes, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well.
- When almost done, add the unsalted water, scallion and calamansi citrus.
- Served with white rice, celery and garnish with calamansi citrus.

200g Wild Alaska Salmon, diced
1 tsp Olive oil
1/2 Onion, diced
2 clove Garlic, sliced
3 pcs Red onion, sliced
2 cm Ginger, thinly sliced
1 Medium tomato, seeds removed, diced
1 Green tomato, seeds removed, diced
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tbsp Butter / margarine
2 Key lime, juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 White pepper
