Directions:
Step 1:
Prepare the truffle mashed potatoes by boiling the potatoes until cooked and mash the until smooth. Add cooking cream (1), salt, and pepper, mix well, then set aside.
Step 2:
Prepare the lemon cream sauce by heating a pan over medium heat. Add butter and all-purpose flour, then add cooking cream (2). Add white wine, then reduce it with some thyme. Stir until all the ingredients are combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Cut the Pink salmon into your desired size. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set the pan on medium heat, add a little oil and grill the Pink salmon on a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked on both sides. Serve with the truffle mashed potatoes and lemon cream sauce.

80 milliliters cooking cream (1)
150 milliters cooking cream (2)
10 grams truffle cream sauce
20 milliliters lemon juice
5 grams all-purpose flour
30 grams butter
50 mililitres white wine
1 gram thyme, chopped
3 grams salt
3 grams pepper
