2 zucchini sedang, diiris tebal<\/span><\/p>\r\n

2 wortel kuning sedang, kupas dan iris<\/span><\/p>\r\n

2 wortel oranye sedang, kupas dan iris<\/span><\/p>\r\n

1 kohlrabi (sekitar 8 ons), kupas dan potong dadu<\/span><\/p>\r\n

2 sdm minyak zaitun<\/span><\/p>\r\n

1 sdt\tgaram<\/span><\/p>\r\n

1 sdt bubuk bawang putih<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00bd-1 sdt lada segar<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ikan salmon<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

2 sdm minyak zaitun<\/span><\/p>\r\n

2 sdm sirup maple<\/span><\/p>\r\n

2 sdm mustard Dijon<\/span><\/p>\r\n

1 sdm bumbu unggas<\/span><\/p>\r\n

2 siung bawang putih, cincang<\/span><\/p>\r\n

4 fillet salmon Alaska (masing-masing 6 ons), segar, beku atau dilelehkan<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Cara membuat<\/h2>\r\n

Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Siapkan dan panggang sayuran<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Panaskan oven lebih dahulu ke 230\u00b0C. Tempatkan potongan sayuran dalam kantong zip-top besar; tambahkan minyak, garam, bawang putih bubuk dan merica. Segel kantong; balikkan beberapa kali agar sayur terbalur. Atur sayuran merata di atas loyang besar. Panggang dalam oven selama 15 menit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Sementara itu, buat campuran mustard-maple dan lapisi salmon<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Kocok minyak zaitun, sirup maple, mustard, bumbu unggas, dan bawang putih dalam mangkuk kecil. Jika menggunakan salmon Alaska beku, bilas fillet di bawah air dingin yang mengalir untuk menghilangkan glasir es. Keringkan dengan handuk kertas. Lapisi salmon dengan campuran mustard-maple.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Tambahkan salmon ke loyang, panggang dan sajikan<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Angkat loyang dari oven; balikkan sayuran dengan spatula, lalu dekatkan sayuran, beri ruang untuk menambahkan salmon. Tempatkan fillet di atas lembaran; kembalikan ke oven. Masak tambahan 15 menit untuk salmon beku atau 10-12 menit untuk yang segar \/ dilelehkan, hanya sampai seluruh salmon buram.
