Directions:
- Season Alaska Halibut with pepper and salt, fry with olive oil. Add minced shallots and fry on medium until golden, then add wild mushrooms.
- Dress plate with salad. Add fried halibut, raisins, wild mushrooms, and small tomatoes. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.
- Place raisins in half circle and drizzle Balsamic vinegar.
