Ingredients:
100g Alaska Cod
50g Alaska Pollock Roe
1 piece Tofu Skin
20g Olive Oil
half Lemon
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Dice Alaska Cod and season with pepper and salt;
2. Pour olive oil into the pan and stir fry diced cod.
3. Wrap cod in tofu skin;
4. Fry both sides of tofu skin. Garnish with Pollock Roe and add juice of lemon to plate.
