Ingredients
200 grams Alaska Pollock
130 grams Crispy Flour
100 milliliters Beer
150 grams Mayonnaise
40 grams Honey
20 milliliters Lemon Juice
10 grams Pickled Cucumbers, finely chopped
10 grams Capers, finely chopped
20 grams Onion, finely chopped
5 grams Garlic, finely chopped
3 grams Parsley, finely chopped
3 grams Salt
3 grams Pepper
Directions
Step 1:
Prepare the tartar sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, pickled cucumbers, capers, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, lemon, and honey. Stir until all the ingredients are combined, then set aside.
Step 2:
For the batter, add the crispy flour, beer, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients together, then set aside.
Step 3:
Cut the Alaska Pollock into your desired size. Coat with fish with the batter from step 2. Deep-fry in hot oil at 180°C until cooked and golden brown. Serve with fries and tartare sauce.
