Ingredients:
100 grams Udon
20 grams Mentaiko
30 grams Surimi
100 milliliters Cooking Cream
1 gram Salt and Pepper
1 gram Japanese Chili Powder
Garnish
Surimi
Nori flakes
Directions:
- In a saucepan, combine cooking cream with Mentaiko and Surimi meat. Season with Japanese chili powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until the sauce comes to a boil.
- Add the udon noodles to the Mentaiko and Surimi cream sauce, and mix until well combined.
- To serve, top with nori flakes and additional Surimi for garnish.
