Ingredients:
100g Alaska Sockeye
30g Alaska Pollock Roe
10g Whiskey Cream Sauce
1 Cherry Tomato
half Small Lime
30g Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil and lightly fry both sides of Alaska Sockeye salmon;
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C and roast cherry tomatoes for 5 minutes;
3. Put Pollock Roe on Sockeye and squeeze lime juice over top. Decorate with whiskey cream sauce and roasted tomatoes.
