Alaska Snow Crab with Sweet Potatoes
- Thaw snow crab legs, and remove half of the shell. Slice the sweet potatoes, cut the red shallots into quarters, dice the radish, and cut the asparagus in half.
- In a hot pan with olive oil, fry the crab legs with shell. Add sweet potatoes, red shallots, turnips, and asparagus and continue frying.
- After frying, set aside to plate. For sauce, add butter, light soy sauce, sugar, water and salt and reduce to desired consistency. Add crab legs and vegetables drizzled with sauce.

50g Sweet Potatoe
20g Red shallots
20g Olive Oil
20g Light Soy Sauce
