Directions:
- Cut Alaska Pollock into long strips and dice tofu for preparation.
- Coat Pollock with dry starch.
- Fry both sides of Pollock with rapeseed oil, add bean sauce, mashed garlic and minced ginger to sauté, then add water and bring to boil.
- Season with light soy sauce and sugar and add dry starch for dressing, and then add red oil, minced pepper, chopped green onions to plate.
