Ingredients:
1 Alaska King Crab Claw
1 Alaska Crab Leg
1 tsp Olive Oil
20g Salad Leaves
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
10ml Cream
1 tsp Green Curry
1 tsp Coconut Milk
1/4 Egg Yolk
Salt
Directions:
- Put the king crab leg into boiling water for 5 seconds, and then put in ice water and remove leg meat.
- Stir-fry green curry sauce with olive oil, add coconut milk and egg yolk, continue boiling until water is gone and has a syrup like consistency.
- Preheat the oven at 200 °C. Arrange crab meat on salad leaves with sauce, place on roasting pan, and roast for 5 minutes.
