Ingredients:
150g Alaska Black Cod
20g Olive Oil
50g Glutinous Rice
50g Mangoes
100g Coconut Milk
15g Sugar
Pepper and Salt
Directions:
- Steam glutinous rice after soaking. Dice mango, boil coconut milk and add sugar, cook until thickens, and dress over glutinous rice.
- Pat dry Alaska Black Cod, and fry both sides with olive oil until golden. Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
- Plate with scored mango, glutinous rice, and Black Cod.
