Ingredients:
200g Alaska Black Cod
100g Red Curry Sauce
50g Potatoes
20g Mushrooms
10g Green Peas
2g Fish Sauce
150g Coconut Milk
50g Water
Pepper and Salt
Directions:
- Chop potatoes and boil. Season Black Cod with pepper and fry with olive oil until golden on both sides.
- Dilute red curry sauce with water and boil, add fish sauce, green peas, potatoes and mushrooms.
- Add coconut milk to curry soup, and add fried Alaska Black Cod.
